He believes that any ordinary person can be transformed into a true leader and strongly advocates the fact that prosperity can be achieved under the right leadership only. This motivated him to found People Strategists in the year 2008, during the peak global recession. Since then, the journey has helped transform many organizations like Amway, Huawei, Flipkart and more with their unique approach to leadership coaching and personal growth programs.

Ravz is a scholar in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Human Behavior and has worked in the areas of marketing, sales, operations and human resources. With the constant exposure to the evolving technology, he has several experiences and areas of research. Backed by the educational qualifications and real-life experiences, he has the ability to see the organizational world as a complex system and to enable interactions between the channels towards growth and performance.

Ravz is a multi-talent house and always helping individuals transform their life. When he is away from People Strategists, his area of interests includes dancing, nutritionist, machine learning & AI, fitness, genetics, alternative energy, aeronautics and space exploration.
