Nimisha is an accomplished, dynamic, and client-driven training professional. She has more 13+ years of progressive experience in training, facilitation, and curriculum design.

She holds Master’s degree in Human Resource from Brunel University, UK as well as Bachelors in Education (B.Ed). Nimisha started her career in 2002 with Convergys India Services in operations and soon moved to her true calling- Training. Having trained over 12,000+ people, across various PSUs, MNCs and Private sector, she brings with her a rich and varied training and facilitations experience.

Training sessions conducted by Nimisha are always energy packed and the participants feel very comfortable during her sessions because the sessions are filled with fun, activities and two-way communication. Her Learning Approach is ‘experiential’ and engaging, so people are on their feet ‘doing’ it.
