He has designed and delivered workshops in the areas of Leadership Development, Team-Building, Consultative Selling, Negotiation skills and High-Impact Presentation skills.

He has worked for multi-national companies such as FedEx Express, Indian Aluminium Company (INDAL) and Regalix Inc. He has taken various roles including as Global & National Sales, Sales L&D Manager and General Manager.

Hardy is a Metallurgical Engineer from NIT Rourkela. He is a Masters in Marketing Management from NMIMS, Mumbai.

Hardy is a writer and a nature lover as well.
